Notice of Motion No.2236 of 2015 is taken out by the original Defendant Nos.2 to 4 for setting aside 'no written statement' order passed against them. For the reasons stated in an affidavit in support of this motion, Notice of Motion is allowed in terms of prayer clause -(b). The written statement to be filed within two weeks. The notice of motion is disposed of.

Notice of Motion No.1243 of 2017 is for transfer of a pending suit in respect of some property before the City Civil Court at Dindoshi. For the reasons stated in the affidavit in support of the notice of motion, Short Cause Suit No.836 of 2013, pending before the City Civil Court at Dindoshi, shall be transferred to this Court. Short Cause Suit No.836 of 2013 to be heard along with the present suit. The notice of motion is disposed of.
