Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and have perused the annexures to the petition.
2.
The Delhi Safe Deposit Co. Ltd. has suggested that after breaking open the locker in the name of deceased, the new locker will be opened in the name of the petitioner. It is made clear that though the locker may be in the name of the petitioner after the same is broken and opened, the petitioner would not be allowed to operate the said locker without obtaining prior permission of this Court and in any case before obtaining Letters of Administration by this Court. 3.
The applicant/petitioner has made out a case for reliefs as prayed. I have therefore signed the judge's order. The judge's order is accordingly disposed of.
