Ms. Hunnurkar submitted that petitioner has instituted Testamentary Petition No. 1622 of 2015 in this Court for grant of Letters of Administration to the property and credits of Harjant Singh Tirlochan Singh Khera alias Harjant Singh Tirlochan Singh Khera. Petitioner is the only son of the deceased. After compliance of the office objections, this Court was pleased to issue Letters of Administration in his favour on 30th April, 2016. She has, therefore, sought permission for sale of residential premises being T. No. 74/1912/6,. Tagor nagar, Vikhroli (East), Bombay 400 083 admeasuring about 180 square feet. The said property belongs to

JOT-62-2017 Mumbai Housing & Area Development Board [MHADA]. 3.

In view thereof, permission is granted to the petitioner to sell the premises in favour of:
