ORDER :

The Petitioner is not pressing prayer clauses (a) and (b). As far as prayer clause (c) is concerned at this stage, we are permitting the petitioner to make a representation within a period of two weeks. The respondents to consider and decide the same more particularly in view of ground (g) of the writ petition and that as there is no reply to the same by the respondents. The representation be decided in accordance with law within a period of two weeks from its receipt by the respondents.. Subject to the aforesaid, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the writ petition. Keeping all contentions in respect of prayer clause (c) open, petition is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty.
