In the circumstances, this Writ Petition is disposed of as the Petitioner has alternate equally efficacious remedy to assail all actions and orders impugned in this Writ Petition. Needless to clarify that we do not express any opinion on the rival contentions when we dispose of the Writ Petition in this manner.
