Challenging the order dated 5.7.2017 issued by the respondent no.2, whereby suspending the petitioner from services, the petitioner has filed this petition. According to the the petitioner, the allegations levelled in the suspension order are not correct. He submits that he has submitted three representations one dated 6th July, 2017 at page 66 and two representations dated 11.7.2017, but the said representations have not been considered as yet.

Today when the matter came up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner on the instructions from the petitioner

hvn 504-wpl-1868.2017 submits that this petition can be disposed of by directing the additional Municipal Commissioner, Eastern Suburbs to consider and take appropriate decision as expeditiously as possible. 4.

Having regard to the aforesaid limited prayer, we dispose of this petition by directing the Additional Commissioner, Eastern Suburbs to consider and take appropriate decision on the said representations in regard to the grievances of the petitioner. We expect that the said Authority shall take into consideration the grounds stated in the representations and shall pass a reasoned order as expeditiously as possible but not later than three weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 5.
