1] As against the impugned order, the petitioner, has an alternate and efficacious remedy available under the provisions of the Maharashtra Land Revenue Code itself. Accordingly, it is not necessary to entertain the present petition.

2] The petition is dismissed by granting liberty to the petitioner to avail of the alternate remedies available under the Maharashtra Land Revenue Code.
