The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners on instructions of the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw the petition. He, however, pointed out that the first petitioner is a registered Association of tenants of the building in question and the issue of rights claimed by the occupants of the building be kept open.

Accordingly, we dismiss the petition as withdrawn. We, however, make it clear that no adjudication has been made on the rights claimed by the members of the first petitioner and all issues in that behalf are kept open. Ad-interim relief stands vacated.
