Heard Mr. Barretto, counsel for applicant. Mr. Barreto, on instructions states that respondent company will give a donation of Rs.25,000/- to the Maharashtra Legal Aid Services Authority for the delay in complying with the Court's orders. Mr. Barretto states that the donation to Maharashtra Legal Aid Services Authority will be given during the course of today. Mr. Barretto states that the amount of Rs.10 lakhs, as per order dated 19th April 2018, will be deposited during the course of today. In view thereof, application is allowed and accordingly disposed in terms of prayer clause - (a).

Ms. Mehta, counsel for petitioner states that petitioner has advertised the petition as stated in paragraph 14 of the order dated Gauri Gaekwad
