Heard. Both the counsel submit that the matters are settled out of court. They tendered Consent Terms dated 15.03.2017 duly signed by the parties.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner Debanshghu Sengupta is present in court. Petitioner in both the matters also admits his signature and execution of the consent terms.

Both the Writ Petitions stand disposed of in terms of Consent Terms. The Consent Terms shall be treated to be part and parcel of the decree. No order as to costs.
