It is stated by learned Senior Counsel for the parties that the issue is settled between the employer and the Union. Accordingly, they have entered into Memorandum of Settlement dated 26/03/2019 under section 2(p) read with section 18(1) of the Industrial Disputes Act, 1947 read with rule 62 of the Industrial Disputes (Maharashtra) Rules, 1957. 2.

The said Settlement enclosed to the Consent Terms is duly signed by all concerned. The Consent Terms are taken on record and marked 'X-1' for identification. 3.
