Shri Sangle appearing for the plaintiff/applicant states that within one week from today, the plaintiff will pay the Court fees. As that is the only office objection pending to be removed, the counsel requests, the notice of motion be allowed and the suit be restored.

In view of the undertaking given by the counsel for the plaintiff, the notice of motion is allowed and the suit is restored to file, subject to payment of the Court fees, within one week.
