After the petition was admitted by this Court on 29th November 2016, the National Company Law Tribunal, Mumbai (NCLT) has admitted a petition against the company and moratorium under Section 14 of Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 has been granted by an order dated 20th April 2018. In view thereof, this petition cannot be proceeded with. Ms.Patki for petitioner states that petitioner has thereafter lodged its claim with the Insolvency Resolution Professional (IRP). In view thereof, Ms.Patki states that they will pursue their claim with the IRP, who shall consider it in accordance with law.

Company Petition accordingly disposed.
