At the outset, on instruction received from the officer of the Respondents who is present in person, a statement has been made by learned Counsel for the Respondents that, the Petitioner will not be debarred only on the ground that he is not manufacturer of elevators of companies viz. Otis/ Schindler/ Kone/ Mitsubishi.

In view of aforesaid statement, we are of the view that nothing survives in this Petition.

The learned counsel for the Respondents also make a statement that the Petitioner's bid will be considered in accordance with law.
