Learned counsel appearing for the parties state that the parties had already signed the consent terms dated 25th October,2016 and the same is implemented. The said consent terms were not filed before this court. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has no objection to condone the delay in making payment of the installments in accordance with the provisions of the said consent terms. Statement is accepted.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner states that the matter is settled amicably and all the dues and payment by the respondent to the petitioner are already received by the petitioner. No other amount is due and payable by the respondent to the petitioner. Statement is accepted. 3.
