On instructions, learned Advocate for the Revocation Petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the Petition with liberty to adopt suitable civil proceedings in relation to the title to the property in question. Leave granted with liberty as prayed. It is clarified that all questions relating to title can and will be decided only in appropriate civil suit in a court of competent jurisdiction.
