Parties have amicably settled the matter. Consent terms dated 2nd July, 2018 signed by the Constituted Attorney of the Petitioner, authorised signatory of the Respondent-Company and their respective advocates is taken on record and marked 'X' for identification. Mr. Mehta states that the constituted attorney of the Petitioner is one Mrs. Vandana who is not present in court, but Mr. Mehta has identified her signature and further he was personally informed by Mrs. Vandana that she has signed the consent terms. Statement accepted. Mr. Quraishy for Company states that Mr. S.A. Amudan, CEO who has signed the consent terms is present in court varsha

904 cp-656-2016 and identifies his signature. The consent terms dated 2nd July, 2018 are taken on record and marked 'X' for identification. Order in terms of consent terms. Undertaking is accepted. The petition is at preadmission, petition is disposed of with the liberty as prayed for. It is also clarified that in case of default, the petitioner will be entitled to execute this order as decree is against the company and Mr. Amudan who is present here has undertaken that amounts will be paid without any default. The decree could be executed against Mr. Amudan also in its personal capacity.
