Counsel for the Applicant. According to the Applicant, office objections were not removed due to clerical mistake on part of clerk of Advocate for the Applicant.

Therefore, captioned Petition stands rejected.

Ld. Counsel for the Applicant filed Affidavit of Service in respect of Chamber Order, which is taken on record. Despite service, none appeared for the Respondents.

As none objected the Application, contention of the Applicant needs to be accepted. Accordingly, Chamber Order is granted as prayed and signed separately. Costs cost in cause.

Applicant and/or his Advocate to remove office objections on the Petition and get the same numbered and regd.
