The learned Counsel for the petitioner has submitted that in view of the order dated 12th July, 2019 passed by this Court granting ad-interim order in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (g), these Petitions be disposed of in terms of the said order. He submits that the contentions of the petitioners in regard to prayer clauses (b) to (f) be kept open to be agitated at the appropriate time in appropriate proceedings.

In the facts and circumstnaces of the case, the approach is reasonable. The petitions are disposed of in terms of the order dated 12 July 2019 passed by this Court as nothing more of any immediate concern would survive in this petition. However, the contentions of the petitioner and respondents in regard to prayer clauses (b) to (f) are expressly kept open. 3.

All contentions of the respondents are also kept open. 4.

Disposed of in the above terms.
