Petitioner is seeking review of the order dated 10th January, 2011. It is submitted that it may be clarified that public auction which took place was not of the entire Plot No.494, CTS No.F/366 but only of the part of the plot.

In our view, it is not necessary to make any clarification since the property must have been described in the auction notice. 3.
