Shri Ghag appearing for respondent states that the company - Cottstown Fashions Limited has been ordered to be wound up by an order dated 22nd March 2018 in Company Petition No.1159 of 2015. Therefore, this petition stand disposed with liberty to petitioner to lodge its proof of debt with the Official Liquidator, who shall consider the same in accordance with law.

If the order dated 22nd March 2018 in Company Petition No.1159 of 2015 winding up respondent company - Cottstown Fashions Limited is recalled or set aside in appeal, liberty is given to other petitioner to revive Shraddha Talekar PS 1/2
