On behalf of the applicant, the learned counsel submits that in a pending Original Application before the DRT-II, New Delhi, the tribunal has requested the Official Liquidator to file a report on the claims against the company and the present status of the liquidation proceedings. directed to comply with that request of the DRT. Save and except for this he submits that the application may be disposed.

3. In view of this statement, the application is disposed in the above terms.
