The learned Advocate for the Respondent states that the above Company Petition was admitted by an order dated 05-01-2015. However, before the same could be advertised, the Company has settled the claim of the Petitioner. In view thereof, the Company has also filed an Affidavit dated 2901-2015 setting out the fact that the claim of the Petitioner is settled and that the Company is financially sound. The average turn over of the Company for the last five years is approximately Rs.1.31 Crores and the outstanding receivables by the Respondent as on 27-01-2015 is Rs.14.69 Crores.
