Mr. Patil, learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner at the outset makes a statement that he is not pressing this notice of motion if directions are given to Dindoshi Police Station to consider and decide the Petitioner's representation dated 4th April 2016, copy of which is annexed at Exhibit-J to the notice of motion. This prayer is not opposed by the counsel for the MCGM. In that view of the matter and in the interests of justice, we deem it convenient to dispose of this notice of motion by directing Dindoshi Police Station to look into the grievance of the Petitioner as contained in their representation dated patilsr 1 / 2

4th April 2016 and take appropriate decision. Ordered accordingly. 3.

It is made clear that this Court has not gone into merits of the matter and Senior Inspector of Police, Dindoshi Police Station shall decide the matter on its own merits and in accordance with law. 4.

Notice of motion stands disposed of.
