Heard the Official Liquidator. Report allowed in terms of prayer clauses-(a), (b), (c) and (d). Official Liquidator not to indicate any reserve price since the experience of this Court is once the reserve price indicated, a cartel is formed and the Liquidator does not fetch the reasonable fair market value.

The notice will also clarify that buyer will not get any copy right in respect of the movies which may be found in the movie list. EMD will be Rs.50,000/-.
