By this application, the applicant seeks condonation of delay of 1110 days in filing the affidavit of proof of debts of the applicant with the respondent. 2.

I have heard learned counsel for the applicant and I have perused the averments made in the company application. I have heard learned company prosecutor. The applicant has made out a case for condonation of delay of 1110 days in filing the affidavit of proof of debts of the applicant with the respondent as prayed. Company application is accordingly made absolute in terms of prayer clause (a). No order as to costs.
