I have heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and have also perused the documents annexed to the Judges' Order, including the consent affidavits filed by the legal heirs on 27th June, 2016, granting consent for obtaining permission from this Court by the petitioners to sell the residential premises for the total consideration of Rs.24,50,000/-. The petitioners have made out a case for grant of reliefs as prayed.
