The applicant has sought to be the co-claimant / co-applicant with the claimant bank. The applicant states that the cheques of 2.5 lakhs has been deposited with the Commissioner taking accounts. One cheque of Rs.1 lakh is realised, the other cheques would be realised within a month from today. The Chief Manager Assistant General Manager of the claimant bank states that the statement is correct and that the payment would suffice. He states that the matter has been adjourned before the Commissioner for taking accounts to 25th March, 2015 to see whether further cheques

are honoured. He states that if these cheques are honoured, the execution application would be withdrawn.

In view of the above the applicant is made a co-claimant as prayed.
