By this petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, the Petitioner is seeking direction against Respondent no.2 to decide their Application dated 28.04.2017 as early as possible. The learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that on the basis of Petitioner's complaint dated 28.04.2017, the Deputy Registrar, Co-operative Societies, 'A' Ward issued notice to the Respondent no.3 Society on 18.05.2017 calling upon them to submit their say and or reply to the Petitioner's complaint within 15 days. 917 wp2165-17.doc taken any steps to decide the Petitioner's complaint. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the Petitioner and the averments made in the Writ Petition, we are satisfied that the Petitioner has not made out a case to direct Respondent no.2 to decide Petitioner's representation / complaint dated 28.04.2017 as early as possible but in any case within four months from the receipt of copy of this order after giving full opportunity to the Respondent society. Hence, following order is passed:

a) Respondent no.2 Deputy Registrar, Co-operative Societies, 'A' Ward is directed to decide the petitioner's representation / complaint dated 28.04.2017 as early as possible, but in any case, within four months from the receipt of copy of this order, after giving full opportunity to the respondent Society. b) Parties are at liberty to file their pleadings, if any, in that complaint.

c) The learned A.G.P. is directed to inform Respondent no.2 about today's order.
