The Petitioner challenges the order dated 9 July 2019 passed in Interim Application No.680 of 2019 in Securitization Application No.240 of 2019 filed by the Petitioner and the order of the Chief Metropolitan Magistrate dated 2 May 2019 under section 14 of the SARFAESI Act. The Petitioner has already filed an Appeal before the DRAT, which was not available for few days. We are told that Chairperson of the DRAT has resumed from today. In the circumstances, the Petition need not be entertained now. The Petitioner would be at liberty to move the DRAT for seeking appropriate reliefs.
