By this application, the applicant seeks condonation of delay of 37 months in filing the affidavit of proof of debts of the applicant with the respondent. 2.

I have heard learned counsel for the applicant and I have perused the averments made in the company application. I have heard learned company prosecutor. The applicant has made out a case for condonation of delay of 37 months in filing the affidavit of proof of debts of the applicant with the respondent as prayed.
