Perused Order passed by the Hon'ble Court dated 21.02.2018. As per direction of the Hon'ble Court, Defendants have paid Sheriff's poundage by way of Demand Draft bearing No.432412 of Rs. 60,000/- dated 17.02.2018 drawn on Kotak Mahindra Bank, branch Nariman Point. Ld.

Counsel for Defendants placed on record original acknowledgement of Office of the Sheriff of Mumbai dated 21.02.2018 Ld. Counsel for Plaintiff is not having objection to handover Bank Guarantee to the Defendants.

Hence, as per direction of the Hon'ble Court, office is directed to cancel Bank Guarantee submitted on behalf of Defendants and hand over same to the Advocate on record for the Defendants.
