The Applicant is a widow of the ex-employee of the Company in liquidation. Perused the Company Application and the Affidavit in support thereto. For reasons set out in the Affidavit in support of the Company Application, the Company Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a). The Official Liquidator shall adjudicate the claim of the Applicant within a period of six months from the date of this order. The Company Application is accordingly disposed of.
