1] The learned counsel for the Plaintiff seek withdrawal of the Commercial Suit filed by the Developer, in the wake of communication received by him to the effect that the matter has been amicably resolved between the parties.

The learned counsel for the Defendants, the descending members, have no objection for the withdrawal being permitted, but his only apprehension is that, due to the withdrawal of the Suit they shall not be diluted of their transit rent.

(9)coms-227-2021.doc 2] The learned counsel for the Plaintiff make a positive statement that the transit rent is being regularly paid and it shall be paid and this obligation in any way shall not be affected due to withdrawal of the Suit.
