Learned counsel appearing for the respondent, on instructions, states that the respondent has no objection if the reliefs as claimed in prayer clauses (A) to (C) are granted in favour of the petitioner company. He however, submits that the outstanding documents which are required to be filed by the petitioner company with the respondent shall be filed by electronic mode. The petitioner has no objection to file such outstanding documents by electronic mode with the respondent. The statement is accepted. 2.

In view of the respective statements made by the learned counsel for the parties, Company Petition No.914 of 2015 is made 1/2

21-cp914-15 absolute in terms of prayer clauses (A) to (C). The parties shall comply with their respective statements made before this Court. The respondent is granted eight weeks time to file documents from the date of Registrar of Companies giving effect to this order in its record. It is made clear that no further extension would be granted. The Registrar of Companies shall give effect of this order in its record within two weeks from today.

The company petition is disposed of in aforesaid terms. No order as to costs.
