In pursuance of the order passed by this Court on 5 November 2019, the Official Assignee has taken over possession of the premises referred to in prayer clause (a) of the report. The Official Assignee is permitted to proceed to sell the premises by public auction and hold the sale proceeds for the benefit of the general body of creditors. The Petitioning Creditor is directed to deposit a sum of Rs.50,000/- towards initial expenses, including professional fees of the valuer. With this order, the Official Assignee' s report is disposed of.
