The learned Counsel for the Plaintiffs states that the amount of Rs.35 lakhs (Rs. Thirty Five lakhs only) mentioned in clause 9 has been received by the Plaintiffs.

Accordingly, the Suit is disposed of in terms of the Consent Terms. The Plaintiffs shall be entitled for refund of Court Fees, if any, in accordance with law.

Today's date shall be treated as date of application for refund of Court Fees.
