Heard the learned Counsel for the Applicants. 2.

These Applications are taken out to condone the delay of SSP 1/2

46 ca 16 of 2020.doc 2474 days in filing Afodavit of proof of debt. 3.

In the Applications, it is averred that since the Applicants had been residing in Canada, the Applicants had no access to the newspapers in which the notice inviting claims came to be published.

For the reasons assigned in the Applications and to advance the cause of substantive justice, the Applications stand allowed in terms of prayer clause (a).

5.

The Ofocial Liquidator shall adjudicate the claims of the Applicants in accordance with law within a period of 8 weeks from today.
