In view of the demise of Shri S.R. Shah, who was appointed as a sole Arbitrator to decide the disputes between the parties arising out of Dissolution of Partnership dated 6th November, 1992, Mr. Rashmin Khandekar, Advocate, is now appointed as a sole Arbitrator to decide the disputes between the parties. The Learned Arbitrator shall continue with the proceedings from where they were stopped before Shri S.R. Shah. |The parties to appear before the Learned Arbitrator on 20th July, 2016 at 5.30 p.m. and obtain necessary directions. The Petition is accordingly disposed off.
