This is a Petition for leave to continue the Suit against the Court Receiver. The Petition points out that the Receiver was appointed by an order dated 12th August 2015 in Arbitration Petition No. 752 of 2013 of this property as a Receiver of the property in question which is the subject matter of the Suit. This is a parcel of land at Vile Parle described in Exhibit "A" to the Petition.
