Heard learned counsel appearing for the Applicants who are the Writ Petitioners. The learned counsel appearing for the Applicants seeks permission to withdraw this Chamber Summons with liberty to file a fresh Chamber Summons for incorporating a challenge to the decision of the Technical Advisory committee (TAC) and consequential action taken on the basis of the TAC. We, accordingly, permit the Applicants to withdraw

We make it clear that by a fresh Chamber Summons, the Applicants cannot seek any relief against the Authorities under the Maharashtra Cooperative Societies Act, 1960 and for that purpose, he will have to file appropriate proceedings. 3.
