By consent, the following order is passed:- a) Order dated 12th July 2019, passed in Misc Application No.156 of 2017 is hereby quashed and set aside.

b) Misc Application No.156 of 2017 is restored to file. c) The DRAT will consider the same and disposed it of on merits within 8 weeks.

d) Petitioner to pay a sum of Rs.10,000/- as costs within one week from today to respondent no.1, by way of a cheque drawn in favour of advocate for respondent no.1 as a condition precedent to the restored Misc Application being heard.

Petition disposed.
