Heard. By this petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, 1950, the petitioner seeks direction to the respondent nos.3 and 4 to adjudicate and finalize the final Annexure II of the petitioners pending with the respondent no.4. 2.
In response to the petition, one Mr. Mahendra Ganesh Vanmali, the Colony Officer in R South Ward, filed an affidavit. He made pps

"I say that the Draft Annexure II was published on 16.03.2011. As per the Maharashtra Government Resolution dated 16.05.2015, the eligibility of the hutment dwellers is to be decided with reference to the datum line of 01.01.2000. Accordingly, out of 1823 hutment dwellers 1400 hutment dwellers submitted the document which have been sent for verification. I further say and submit that in view of the new resolution dated 16.05.2015, the work of preparation of final Annexure-II is in progress by the office of these Respondents and the nature and quantum of work is in vast. Hence, these respondents humbly pray that it will require further period of six month time, to complete all formalities and to issue the Final Annexure-II."

Mr. Narula, learned Counsel for the petitioner, having taken instructions from his client and in the light of the statement referred to above, states that the petitioner's grievance no more survives.
