After arguing the matter for some time, in deference to the suggestion of the Court, the parties have arrived at a settlement with the assistance of their Counsel.
Learned Counsel for the Petitioner and learned Counsel for Respondent No.8-developer have now tendered consent minutes of order. The consent minutes of order has been signed by the Petitioner, Respondent No.8, as well as their respective Advocates. The consent minutes of order are taken on record and marked 'X' for identification. We record the presence of the Petitioner as well as Respondent No.8-developer in Court, who have been identified by their respective Counsel.
There shall be an order in terms of the consent minutes of order. Needless to say that Respondent No.8 shall now be relieved from the undertaking, which had been given to the Court during the pendency of the Petition.
The new Advocate of the Petitioner is permitted to file his Vakalatnama within three working days. Requirement of no objection from the earlier Advocate shall stand dispensed with in view of the earlier order passed by this Court.
