The learned senior counsel appearing for the Seventh Respondent states that it is not possible for the said Respondent to provide a transit accommodation to the Applicants at the site of the redevelopment scheme inasmuch as there is no place available to provide transit accommodation. It is not in dispute that the Applicants are already in occupation of the transit accommodation at Mahalaxmi, Mumbai.

By accepting the aforesaid statement of the learned senior counsel appearing for the Seventh Respondent, we dispose of the Notice of Motion. 3.
The learned counsel appearing for the Applicants makes a grievance that the work of development is not making any satisfactory progress. If that be so, it is for the Applicants to take out appropriate proceedings in that behalf.
