On 28th September 2015, Counsel for plaintiff stated that the suit has been dismissed by the Prothonotary & Senior Master under Rule 986 of High Court (O.S.) Rules and the plaintiff's notice of motion No.1662 of 2012 was pending. Counsel further stated that they were not receiving any instructions from the plaintiffs.
