The Petitioner and the Contemnor are brothers. They both accept their relationship. They have now agreed to settle their disputes. Both are present in Court. They have agreed to execute the necessary documents contemplated by the previous Consent Terms dated 30th August 2012, taken on record on 10th September 2012, as also the order dated 20th August 2016. 16th August 2018

The Contempt Petition is disposed of accordingly. There will be no order as to costs.
