This is an application for amendment to the cause title of the petition and for incorporating consequential pleadings. It is submitted that by a letter dated 18.4.2016 the Advocate for the respondent company informed the Advocate for the petitioner that the respondent company namely Gokuldham Real Estate Development Company Pvt. Ltd. has been amalgamated with DB Reality Ltd. with effect from 1.4.2013.The learned counsel for the respondent concedes to the said fact. 2.

In view of the above the application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a).
