After having perused the averments made in the petition and in particular from paragraphs 5 to 7 and the reply of the deceased respondent No.5, we find that there is a question mark on the locus of the petitioner to maintain this PIL. Faced with this difficulty, the learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner will not press this PIL.

Though we are disposing of this PIL, we make it clear that the issues raised in this PIL are expressly kept open. We have made no adjudication on the issues raised in this PIL. Subject to what is observed above, we dispose of the petition.
