Perused the Report. The Report is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b), which are reproduced hereunder :

"(a)The Plaintiffs may be directed to deposit a sum of Rs.7,600/- in the office of the Court Receiver within time stipulated with interest at the rate as Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper; (b)That the cost of and incidental to this Report be fixed at Rs.3,000/- and the Plaintiff may be directed to deposit the same in the Office of the Court Receiver;

The learned Advocates for the Plaintiff on instructions undertakes that the the Plaintiff shall make payments set out in prayer clauses (a) and (b) above to the Court Receiver within a period of two weeks from today. The undertaking is accepted. The Report is accordingly disposed of.
